Great service by Nick and the whole team. Was missing a cup of Garlic Butter when I double-checked the order, but Nick immediately corrected it and made sure that I had everything I needed. Really quick preparation and the food was delicious.
I am new to Romeos. Currently doing a rehab on a house about two blocks from here, we chose it as a lunch spot, after searching google. We were not let down, and very impressed. Great quality food. Fast service. Friendly atmosphere. Big shout out to Joe! Always extremely friendly, and aims to please with quality service whenever I visit. Thanks! If you're local to the area, and looking for a new pizza/sub joint, Romeos is a great, family friendly place. I recommend the Chicken Bacon Club sub mayo for Ranch!!!! Delicious!

It's always a joy going into this Romeo's everyone is always so nice and they try to always have a smile even on those hard days. My son works hard and so he buys himself Romeo's at least twice a week. This is what he always leaves us. Hey at least he thinks of us. Lol
Where to begin... the sauce is just too much amazing to handle! Toppings are always tasty. Adequate time to pick up after ordering online. Not sure if they are making their own Capone Sauce now, but it’s even better than it was before!! No complaints!
The pizza is AMAZING with outstanding service to boot. I go to Romeos every Tuesday. Jazelle and Leah are always were there last night to fix a minor mix up. They went above and beyond to make sure ivwas satisfied.
Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier. Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy. The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together. The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points (100) you get a 10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming. Overall, great food, atmosphere, and experience. Love the stuffed crust!
Great place. Only reason we don’t come more often is we are not local. Live in Lancaster. Please bring a store to the west side. Pizza is great. Love the Ross, meatball, veggie and traditional pepperoni. Jazelle served us and she was great. Great positive atmosphere.
